In Brosnan's second 007 adventure, he finds himself tracking down Elliot Carver, who is orchestrating World War 3 to ensure that his media group will be a success. He brings the UK and China to the brink of war, though Bond and Wai Lin track down Carver in Vietnam, and kill him on his 'Stealth Boat'. |
