Bond first encounters the 'Cigar Girl' on a trip to Bilbao, in Spain. She murders a banker, after offering him a cigar. She later attempts to kill 007 after a chase on the River Thames, London. However, she dies in a hot air balloon above The Millennium Dome in London.
