Features - Phase 1 of DNA Surgery completed, hence strange looks. Diamonds embedded in face after opening sequence blast.

Activities - Graves' right hand man, Zao is a quiet, but deadly henchman. Whilst undergoing DNA surgery, Bond attacks him, hence leaving Zao with such facial scars. Graves uses Zao as his killer, and when Bond is loose outside the Ice Palace, Graves sends Zao and his Jaguar XJ8 to kill Bond. An enthralling chase with every thrill and spill possible incurs, with Zao being killed at the climax by a falling chandelier.
