Activities - Carver's chief of security, Stamper is a tall, blond assassin, much like Red Grant in appearance. He kills with pleasure, and fails to kill Bond throughout the film. However, Bond has the last laugh when he is killed onboard Carver's stealth boat in the final battle of the film.

Features - Quiet, but deadly

Activities - A world famous assassin, DR Kaufman prides himself on his aim and technique. He meets Bond after killing lover Paris Carver. In a great sequence, he is finally killed by Bond with one shot to the head.
